At Pots & Potions, we realise that our products can only be truly appreciated if you can actually see, smell and touch them. It is difficulty to appreciate the quality of our glass and porcelain containers, or to feel how smooth our hand creams are, or to appreciate the fragrance of our lavender bath essence, or rose soap, when all you have to go on is a photograph on a website. Accordingly, if our products disappoint in any way, please return them to us, and we will refund your money or issue a replacement. The choice is up to you.
